Processing times (before shipping)

All prints are made to order.

Standard processing time: Up to 10 business days, but generally earlier
During launches, sales, or peak periods, processing times may be longer. Any updated processing estimates will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination, and

  • parcel size/weight/packaging type (flat mailer or tube).

I offer free standard shipping for any orders placed within Australia.

Where we ship

We ship from Melbourne, Australia.

We currently ship:

  • Australia-wide

  • Internationally (selected countries)

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact jade@byjadeart.com.au and I’ll confirm if shipping is possible.

Estimated delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Typical estimates:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 6–25 business days

Delays can occur due to carrier network congestion, customs processing, weather events, or peak periods. I am not responsible for carrier delays outside my control, but I’ll help you track it.

Tracking

Tracking is included on most services.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Packaging (especially for A2/A1)

I package prints carefully to protect them in transit.

Depending on size, your print may be shipped:

  • flat in a rigid mailer (smaller sizes), or

  • rolled in protective glassine and shipped in a durable shipping box/tube (larger sizes, including A2/A1).

International orders: duties, taxes & customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by your country.

These charges:

  • are not included in the prices or shipping fees, and

  • are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also delay delivery.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • you may be required to pay reshipping costs, and

  • I may deduct any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier from any refund (if applicable).

Lost, delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact me at jade@byjadeart.com.au with your order number and I’ll assist.

Suggested reporting windows:

  • Australia: contact me if you haven’t received your order within 14 business days from dispatch

  • International: contact me if you haven’t received your order within 30 business days from dispatch

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, I will offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund) depending on stock availability and claim outcomes.

Delivery marked “delivered” but not received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel:

  • check around your property and with household members/neighbours, and

  • contact the carrier as soon as possible.

I can assist with the carrier enquiry, but I am not responsible for parcels marked delivered to the address provided.

Order changes and cancellations

Because prints are made to order, I generally cannot make changes once production has started.
