DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item/print please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
✸ the item (close up & full view)
✷ the packaging it arrived in
✸ the shipping label
Once received, I will assess the issue and organise the most suitable resolution as quickly as possible (this may include a replacement print, refund or another solution depending on the circumstances).
INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURNED PARCELS
If you have entered in the incorrect shipping address or customer shipping details, please contact me within 24 hours of making your order so I can ensure to update to the correct details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.
